ThriveMBA is a mentorship-driven initiative led by IIM and IIT alumni aimed at MBA students from underrepresented or less-exposed backgrounds who lack access to industry exposure, placement preparation, and corporate readiness.

We bridge the gap between classroom learning and real-world expectations by providing guidance on communication, networking, corporate etiquette, and career clarity.

With support from mentors across IIMs and IITs and partnerships with companies, we also facilitate internships and job opportunities, ensuring our mentees are not just prepared but truly future-ready.
